INFORMATION STORED IN THE REGISTER

We collect and store personal information to deliver products and manage product claims after delivery. The information may also be used for other customer relationship management and marketing purposes.

Customer information is obtained from the customer when they complete the order form. Stored information includes:

  • Name
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Details of ordered products
  • IP address

We also collect completely anonymized statistics on site usage to better serve our visitors:

  • Browser and site usage information (e.g., which pages the user visits and how much time is spent on each page)

We also save incomplete order information so that it’s easy for customers to continue their interrupted shopping process.

STORING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We store personal information only as long as necessary. Personal information helps us ensure, for example, the validity of the device warranty.

Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless we have a legal right or obligation to store certain information.

  • When ordering, we share personal information with billing and logistics operators to enable delivery and payment.

We ensure that personal information is processed confidentially and only by those employees whose job description includes it. The physical and digital security of the equipment is properly maintained.

Personal data that is necessary for the purposes defined in this policy, or that must be retained by law, cannot be deleted.
